    • A: We are open at the centre on 

      Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, however, we offer community sessions throughout the week. Contact us to discuss a specific day and time.

  • Q: Is there a refferel fee?

    • A: Yes. A one-off payment of £50 will cover all the preparation before your family time starts like your risk assessment and admin. 

  • Q: Who can use this service?

    • A: We accept referrals from the family courts, local authority

      , mediation services and on a self-referral basis.

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?​

  • A: Bank transfer details will be provided before the session

  • Q: Do you provide legal advice?

    • A: No, our focus is on family time services.

  • Q: What is a Children's Contact Centre?

    • A: The centre is a safe, controlled environment for children to spend valuable, enjoyable time with thier key family members. For more info see our 'About us' page.
